Pursuant to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, and the provisions of Bourke Local Environmental Plan 2012, notice is hereby given that Bourke Shire Council is currently in receipt of the following development application.

Submissions are sought in relation to the above proposal. The consent authority is Bourke Shire Council. The application may be inspected at the Shire Chambers at 29 Mitchell Street, Bourke, during normal office hours and any person may, up until 4.00pm on Friday 16 November 2018, make written submission to Council. If a submission includes objections to the proposal, the grounds of objection must be specified. 

Any objections may be reproduced in full in a Council Meeting business paper and the contents (including your name and address) will then be available to the general public.
