Pursuant to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, and the provisions of Bourke Local Environmental Plan 2012, notice is hereby given that Bourke Shire Council is currently in receipt of the following development application.

APPLICANT: Murry Nicholls

PROPOSAL:  Change of use of building to community facility

LAND DESCRIPTION:  Lot 4, Section 20, DP 758144 – 59 Anson Street, Bourke  NSW  2840

Submissions are sought in relation to the above proposal. The consent authority is Bourke Shire Council. The application may be inspected at the Shire Chambers at 29 Mitchell Street, Bourke, during normal office hours and any person may, up until 4.00pm on Friday 25th May 2018, make written submission to Council. If a submission includes objections to the proposal, the grounds of objection must be specified.  

Any objections may be reproduced in full in a Council Meeting business paper and the contents (including your name and address) will then be available to the general public. Whilst you can request that your name and address be withheld, there are circumstances where it may have to be released under the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA)

Notice is given pursuant to Section 101 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 that the following development consents have been granted by Bourke Shire Council for the period 1 April 2018 to 30 April 2018.

Each development consent is available for public inspection, free of charge, during ordinary office hours at Councils Offices, 29 Mitchell Street, Bourke, during business hours.
